2008 Detroit Urban Craft Fair vendor applications now live
Calling all handmade artists! The moment you’ve been waiting for is here!
Vendors applications for 2008 are now available on the newly redesigned Detroit Urban Craft Fair site. This year’s fair will take place on Saturday, November 15, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at The Fillmore Detroit (formerly the State Theatre).
Before we get to the nitty gritty, can we just talk about how awesome our new site is!?! It was designed by Josh Weston (yes, all by hand in paper first) and coded by our awesome web dude Dan Nixon. And we cannot thank them enough for giving us what has to be the coolest indie craft fair web site. You can read about some of the super technical stuff about it (like how our application process is now all online, including judging) at Dan’s site. OK, onto …
Some important stuff:
+ Deadline to apply is August 15, 2008.
+ Our policies and FAQs, including the Vendor policies and FAQs, have changed for 2008. Please make sure to read them before applying.
