LoadingKalamazoo Institute of Arts partners with Relan Bags
I had no idea that when I went to the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts this weekend I’d find special Kzoo-only Relan (maker of the recycled billboard accessories) bags for sale in the gift shop! Turns out the KIA had a bunch of old banners and billboards turned into the eco-friendly bags as a fund-raiser. Who knew Kzoo was so crafty!

KZoo is really crafty! It’s a very disorganized sort of crafty, though. We’ve got the KIA (I’m taking my first class there right now! Spinning!) and various other groups, but nothing really… subversive, for lack of a better word. The craft shows cater to older crowds, though there are some cool indie galleries on the mall.
